We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join Alam Sutera Realty's dynamic construction team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting precise land and project measurements using advanced surveying technologies. You will ensure regulatory compliance by advocating for the company's interests in government regulations and legal frameworks. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex land data into actionable insights for our development projects. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to establish accurate boundaries, verify topographical features, and create comprehensive survey documentation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in mitigating land disputes and supporting sustainable development initiatives across Alam Sutera Realty's portfolio in Tangerang and surrounding areas.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct precise land surveys and project measurements using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning technologies
- Prepare detailed survey maps, reports, and legal documentation for land development projects
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian land regulations and government permit requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide accurate topographical and boundary data
- Resolve land disputes through expert analysis and stakeholder advocacy
- Monitor construction site progress and verify adherence to approved survey plans
- Stay updated on surveying technology advancements and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying for construction or real estate projects
- Professional certification in surveying from BSN (Badan Standarisasi Nasional)
- Proficiency with surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian land laws and zoning regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation
