We are currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Legal Manager to join our headquarters in Jakarta Raya.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary legal advisor to the executive team, ensuring that our business operations remain compliant with Indonesian regulations while fostering an environment of innovation and growth. You will play a critical part in protecting our assets, managing contractual relationships, and navigating the complex legal landscape of the e-commerce and fashion retail industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing all legal affairs, including corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance for the Beautyhaul group.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with suppliers, vendors, and third-party partners to minimize risk.
- Advising management on legal implications of new business initiatives, ensuring adherence to Indonesian Commercial Law and Consumer Protection regulations.
- Managing intellectual property rights, including trademark registration and enforcement.
- Handling litigation matters, disputes, and regulatory inquiries with external counsel and government bodies.
- Developing and updating internal legal policies and standard operating procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Ensuring data privacy compliance in line with local data protection regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Legal Manager or Senior Legal Counsel, preferably within the e-commerce, fashion, or retail sector.
- Bachelor of Laws (S1 Hukum) degree from a top-tier university.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Civil Code (KUH Perdata), Commercial Code (KUH Dagang), and Employment Law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing high-value contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal staff.
