Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily cash receipts, disbursements, and fund transfers in accordance with Treasury Management Manual guidelines.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain proper records of all financial transactions.
  • Oversee the safekeeping of government funds and securities to ensure security and accountability.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, vouchers, and other supporting documents.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for treasury documents and vouchers.
  • Assist in the processing of payroll support and other financial obligations as assigned.
  • Ensure strict adherence to auditing standards and internal control policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Must possess a valid Second Level Civil Service Eligibility (Professional or Sub-professional).
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in local government treasury operations or banking.
  • Familiarity with the Government Accounting and Auditing Manual (GAAM) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a strong ethical compass.
  • Willingness to be assigned in the province of Negros Occidental.
