Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide outstanding service through product knowledge and friendly demeanor
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and daily reporting
- Maintain organized checkout area and promotional displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Collaborate with inventory team for stock replenishment
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years cashier experience preferred
- Proficient in basic POS operations
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Integrity and reliability in handling financial transactions
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving aptitude
