Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding and extrusion machinery with precision and efficiency
- Monitor production processes and conduct quality checks per ISO standards
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance
- Document production data accurately using digital tracking systems
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with quality control team to resolve production issues
- Train new operators on machinery operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with 1+ years in manufacturing
- Technical diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred
- Certification in machine operation (injection molding/extrusion) is advantageous
- Strong understanding of quality control standards (ISO 9001)
- Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift 15kg materials
- Basic computer literacy for data documentation
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification
