Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pack and label goods according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper handling during packagingMaintain accurate inventory records of packing materials and finished goods
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- Experience in packing/warehouse operations preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting packages up to 20kg
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
