Join Chow Seth Food Corporation as an LPG Outlet Supervisor and lead the safe, efficient operations of our Petron Gasul outlet. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily LPG outlet operations including refueling, cylinder handling, and safety compliance
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Drive sales performance through promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies
- Enforce strict LPG safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Monitor financial metrics including sales targets and operational costs
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local and national safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain positive community relationships
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in fuel, gas, or retail operations
- Certification in LPG handling and safety management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and sales reporting
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
