Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to mothers and newborns
- Monitor fetal development and maternal health throughout pregnancy
- Assist in normal deliveries and provide emergency care when necessary
- Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and family planning
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or Nursing with specialization in midwifery
- Valid midwifery license and registration in Indonesia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in maternity care
- Certification in neonatal resuscitation and emergency obstetric care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
