As the Operations Manager, you will act as the bridge between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. You will lead a diverse team of managers and staff, manage complex inventory logistics, and analyze financial performance metrics to maximize profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and management of all restaurant branches to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control and food safety standards across all units.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and service staff to ensure high performance.
- Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives and customer loyalty programs to enhance brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit food service management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to travel between multiple branches as required.
