Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory using WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for 500+ daily transactions
- Maintain ISO-compliant warehouse safety standards
- Train junior staff on SOPs and equipment operation
- Optimize storage layout using lean methodology
- Generate daily/weekly operational reports
- Coordinate with transport teams for seamless delivery
Kualifikasi
- Min. 3 years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (SLO)
- Proficiency in WMS (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations (K3)
- Intermediate English communication ability
- Physical fitness for lifting 25kg items
- Problem-solving mindset for operational challenges
