Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory using WMS system with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for 50+ daily transactions
- Train junior operators on SOP compliance and safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Optimize warehouse layout using lean principles
- Generate operational reports for management review
- Maintain 5S standards in all warehouse zones
Kualifikasi
- Min 3 years experience in warehouse operations
- Proficient in WMS (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or Zoho)
- Forklift certification (SLO/SMK)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Leadership experience in team environments
- Problem-solving mindset for operational challenges
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English
