Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and plastic processing equipment
- Monitor production quality and conduct routine quality checks
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and 5S standards
- Document production data and maintain work area cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA vocational graduate
- 1+ years in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Basic knowledge of machine operation principles
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in shift system
- Certification in industrial safety (K3) is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
