Tanggung Jawab
- Operate injection molding machines and production equipment efficiently
- Monitor production quality and perform quality control checks
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S principles
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist in machine setup and changeover processes
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/SMA vocational graduate (Teknik Mesin/Industri preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing/plastic production preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15kg
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Valid Sertifikat K3 Umum (General Safety Certificate)
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
