Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines with precision and efficiency
- Conduct quality control inspections using calibrated measurement tools
- Maintain production equipment through daily cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Document production data accurately in digital tracking systems
- Adhere strictly to OHSAS 18001 safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with shift teams to achieve daily production targets
- Identify equipment issues and escalate maintenance requests promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA technical education or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in plastic manufacturing or heavy machinery operation
- Certification in machine operation or industrial safety (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret production schematics
- Proficient in basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts in industrial environment
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
