We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outdoor Cabling Supervisor (Manholes) to lead our operations in the North Region. This is a critical role where you will be at the forefront of our telecommunications infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for the supervision of outdoor fiber optic cabling installation, ensuring that every manhole operation is handled with precision, safety, and efficiency.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for field operations, overseeing a team of skilled technicians. Your expertise will ensure that all cabling standards are met, project timelines are adhered to, and site safety is never compromised. We are looking for a leader who can manage complex logistics in outdoor environments and manhole access points.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning and execution of outdoor fiber optic cabling projects, specifically focusing on manhole access and installation.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, ensuring high productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and industry standards.
- Monitor material usage and inventory levels to prevent waste and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all team members are equipped with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and trained in hazardous manhole procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers to report progress, delays, and technical issues promptly.
- Perform quality assurance checks on fiber splicing and termination.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cabling supervision or outdoor fiber optic installation.
- Valid certification in fiber optics (e.g., Fiber to the Home or Structured Cabling) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including manhole operations and duct management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse technical team.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Relevant trade certifications or a diploma in Telecommunications Engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
