Tanggung Jawab
- Develop engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Manage content calendar with 3+ posts daily and 2 campaign launches monthly
- Produce high-quality visual content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy weekly
- Collaborate with marketing team for brand consistency and campaign alignment
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Organize monthly on-site creative workshops at Yogyakarta studio
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in university or recent graduate (Communications/Marketing preferred)
- Proven social media management experience (portfolio required)
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing tools
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian digital culture and Yogyakarta's creative community
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available 20 hours/week with flexible schedule
