Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules for frozen food manufacturing lines
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
- Analyze demand patterns and adjust production plans to minimize overproduction
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align production with market demand
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce carrying costs and waste
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory control best practices
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
