Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor real-time production metrics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory levels and material requirement planning (MRP)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Generate performance reports for stakeholders and leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of PPIC or production planning experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
