Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of manufacturing tasks
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience implementing safety protocols and maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
