Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport passengers to destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Maintain clean, presentable vehicles and perform daily safety checks
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to optimize routes and minimize travel time
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and assistance
- Accurately process cashless transactions and fare calculations
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and follow preventative maintenance schedules
- Adhere to company policies regarding passenger safety and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional Driver's License (PDL) with at least 2 years of clean driving record
- Extensive knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic patterns
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for fare calculations and transaction handling
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and GPS navigation systems
- Clean background check and ability to pass mandatory drug screening
