Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from identifying requirements to final delivery and payment.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to ensure the availability of materials and services.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into procurement specifications.
- Analyze market data and pricing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and Bahasa Indonesia.
