Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily quality control operations across production lines
- Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards
- Lead QA team through training, performance management, and workflow optimization
- Conduct product inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for quality issues
- Develop quality assurance protocols and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and customer specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership experience with QA teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in quality control software and statistical methods
