You'll be responsible for meticulous verification of incoming shipments against purchase orders, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining detailed digital records. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and verify incoming spare parts against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Organize and categorize spare parts in designated warehouse locations
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless inventory flow
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports and reconciliation statements
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management principles
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in logistics preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Physical ability to handle and transport spare parts (up to 20kg)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components and spare part identification
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid forklift operation certification (if applicable)
