- Manage and maintain clinical web-based databases for the Department of Urology
- Abstract and extract relevant clinical data from various sources to support research initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality in compliance with institutional policies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and researchers to define data requirements and research objectives
- Assist in preparing research reports, manuscripts, and presentations for publication
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of research protocols
- Utilize statistical software and tools for data analysis and interpretation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field; Master's or PhD is a plus
- Prior experience in clinical data management or research, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in database management systems and data abstraction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is desirable
