Radian Peninsula Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to lead our growth initiatives in the Shipyard, Marine, and Offshore sectors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within Indonesia's dynamic maritime industry.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the marine and offshore market. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain clients in the Shipyard, Marine, and Offshore industries.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, conducting regular business reviews and relationship assessments.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to potential clients.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our brand presence.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the shipbuilding, marine, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of offshore equipment, marine machinery, and ship repair services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
