Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the Bioeconomy Innovation Office's programs to align with national goals.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of industry-focused research grants, from proposal evaluation to final reporting and disbursement.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, government bodies, and international research institutes.
- Analyze market trends and scientific advancements to identify new funding opportunities and innovation clusters.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers and research administrators.
- Represent A*STAR in high-level negotiations and steering committees.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in all grant management activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in research management, project administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and complex grant portfolios in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's research ecosystem and funding mechanisms.
