- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for bioeconomy innovation initiatives aligned with national priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating R&D outputs into commercial applications and market-ready solutions
- Foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and government agencies
- Monitor global bioeconomy trends and emerging technologies to identify competitive opportunities
- Oversee resource allocation and project management for high-impact bioeconomy programs
- Represent A*STAR at international forums and stakeholder engagements
- Drive policy recommendations and ecosystem development for sustainable bioeconomic growth
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in bioeconomy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing biotechnological innovations or research outcomes
- Expertise in stakeholder management and building public-private partnerships
- Strong strategic planning and project execution capabilities
- Deep understanding of bioeconomy value chains, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex scientific concepts
