Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Sourcing technical candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and specialized tech communities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and closing top tech talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO campaigns with business objectives.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO and Technical Recruitment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (professional proficiency required).
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
