Tanggung Jawab
- Meticulously pack goods according to quality standards and specifications
- Inspect products for damage before packaging
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized packing stations and inventory records
- Collaborate with warehouse team for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Report packaging issues to supervisors immediately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent
- Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting (up to 15kg)
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required
