Tanggung Jawab
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, especially children and parents, with a smile and professional attitude.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and organized at all times to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, check product freshness, and manage stock alerts.
- Sales Support: Assist in processing transactions accurately at the counter using the POS system.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain attractive product displays and organize promotional areas effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Share customer feedback and suggestions with the store manager to improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Personality: Energetic, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability: Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Communication: Good command of Indonesian language (both oral and written) and basic English is a plus.
