Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
- Coordinate with team members for meeting scheduling and logistics
- Handle incoming communications professionally via email and phone
- Maintain organized filing systems both digital and physical
- Assist in event preparation and execution for company activities
- Support inventory management for office supplies
- Prepare routine reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate with relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
