Sega Agro Perdana is looking for a talented Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. You will work closely with senior management to streamline accounting processes and support the strategic growth of our agricultural operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily general ledger accounting activities and ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (including PPh 21 and PPN) according to tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure efficient cash flow management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax inspections.
- Support the budget preparation process and analyze variances as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in accounting or tax, preferably within the agricultural or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Law and Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, MyOB, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
