Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process purchase orders (POs) efficiently and accurately.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure cost-effective deals.
  • Review and verify invoices and ensure all documentation is compliant.
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential suppliers and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and supplier performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, supply chain principles, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and verbal English.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
