Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the Provincial Tourism Office to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise the implementation of tourism development projects and programs in alignment with government policies.
  • Coordinate with local government units, private stakeholders, and tourism industry partners to promote regional destinations.
  • Monitor the performance of tourism establishments and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare budget proposals and manage financial resources allocated for tourism promotion and infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to attract tourists to Bicol Region.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Civil Service Commission rules, regulations, and ethical standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a government or supervisory capacity.
  • Must be a Registered Professional in Tourism (RPT) or have passed the Civil Service Commission (CSC) examination (Professional or Sub-professional).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office management systems.
  • Deep knowledge of local tourism laws, regulations, and best practices.
