You'll oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC units, and fire suppression systems in our state-of-the-art facility. This position requires proactive problem-solving, team leadership, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of critical facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure
- Lead a team of technicians in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response procedures
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA)
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical facility operations
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment procurement and vendor relationships
- Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare detailed operational reports
- Mentor team members and facilitate technical training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data center critical facilities operations with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and power backup systems
- Certification in data center operations (CDCP, CDCE, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience leading teams in 24/7 operational environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Strong understanding of industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, TIA-942)
- Proficiency in facility management software and monitoring systems
