Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for Pinhome Home Service in Bali, ensuring timely procurement and distribution of materials
- Lead, train, and optimize field service teams through performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement inventory management systems to minimize costs while preventing stockouts
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, implement process optimizations, and enhance service delivery
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows between procurement, logistics, and customer service departments
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain or operations management, preferably in service industry
- Proven leadership experience managing field teams and complex logistical operations
- Expertise in inventory control systems and supply chain optimization methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data and drive data-driven decisions
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software
- Demonstrated experience implementing cost reduction strategies while maintaining service quality
