Astro Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Warehouse to join our dynamic team in Cibitung, Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring that all logistical activities are executed efficiently and safely. We are looking for a leader who can drive productivity, maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, and foster a positive work environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our supply chain processes and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our clients.
Your primary focus will be on supervising daily workflows, conducting performance reviews, and implementing operational improvements to boost efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and conducting performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Prepare and analyze daily operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Train new employees on proper handling procedures and equipment usage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
