Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve performance and safety standards.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace regulations to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage procedures to maximize space utilization.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate key metrics to upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
