Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee vessel machinery maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs
- Optimize engine performance and operational efficiency of ship machinery systems
- Lead technical teams in troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and failures
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and classification society standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for critical machinery components
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for vessel performance analysis
- Coordinate with shore-based engineering teams for technical support and system upgrades
- Implement cost-effective maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine machinery management and technical operations
- Certification as Class Surveyor or equivalent maritime technical qualification
- Strong knowledge of marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, and automation
- Proven experience leading technical teams in offshore or maritime environments
- Expertise in troubleshooting diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and HVAC equipment
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical communication
