Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience with proven results
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Relevant teaching certification (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA preferred)
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
