Join Mascot International's dynamic finance team as an Accounting Specialist! This pivotal role demands meticulous attention to detail and deep expertise in financial operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end financial record-keeping, including daily transaction processing, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate general ledgers. The position requires you to prepare comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) while ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting processes, audit preparations, and process optimization initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
- Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual financial performance
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining audit trails
- Implement and improve accounting processes using ERP systems
- Support tax filing processes and liaise with tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and PSAAK standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English proficiency
