We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Staff Cost Control to join the finance team at CV Pesta Pangan Abadi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial health by monitoring operational expenses, analyzing cost variances, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. We are seeking a professional who possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles and a keen eye for detail to help us optimize our budget management.
As part of our growing team, you will ensure that our financial processes are efficient, compliant, and transparent, supporting the company's mission in the food industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily operational costs and compare actual expenditures against the budget to identify variances.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and bank statement checks using the Accurate accounting system.
- Prepare and analyze monthly cost control reports to provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning documents.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure all financial data is recorded accurately and complies with internal policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and inventory records as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience operating the Accurate accounting software is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Sound understanding of cost control principles and basic financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
