PT. Paint Professionale Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin E-commerce to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our online sales operations, managing the end-to-end process from order acquisition to delivery. We are seeking a candidate who can effectively coordinate marketplace activities, handle customer relationships, and drive sales performance through excellent organizational skills.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all incoming orders across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Verify and confirm customer payments promptly to ensure accurate financial records and prevent order cancellations.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores and brand reputation.
- Generate and analyze daily sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Execute live selling sessions to engage with customers, showcase products, and boost conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce administration, customer service, or marketplace management.
- Proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel is preferred for data tracking).
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
