Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative operations at the outlet location
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
  • Prepare and submit regular operational reports
  • Support outlet manager in implementing company policies
  • Facilitate communication between outlet and corporate office

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
