Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office calendars efficiently
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement as needed
  • Support human resources functions including onboarding and employee records management
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain digital filing systems
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping when required

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with administrative or secretarial training
  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
