Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the stock allocation and replenishment processes for all stores across multiple channels and product categories
- Analyze sales data to identify bestsellers and slow-moving products, making data-driven decisions to optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and store teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement allocation strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Monitor key performance indicators related to inventory turnover, stock-to-sales ratios, and fulfillment rates
- Train and mentor allocation team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Regularly review and refine allocation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, allocation, or supply chain roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead position preferred
