- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive consumer and marketing insights strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of market research professionals
- Analyze complex consumer data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Oversee research projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and technologies in market research and consumer intelligence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or marketing analytics
- Proven track record of leading successful research projects and delivering actionable insights
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful patterns
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights to diverse audiences
- Experience with market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques
- Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
