Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and determine vehicle service needs
- Prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates for approval
- Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot, and repair automotive systems
- Conduct routine maintenance services to ensure vehicle safety and performance
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and technical details
- Maintain accurate customer records and service histories
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred for mechanic role
- Relevant experience in automotive service (advisor or mechanic role)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in Tuas, West Region
