In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Group Health Insurance sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to assess and maintain multiple priorities while effectively managing one or more books of business.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients, and expanding our footprint in the Jakarta Raya region. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our insurance solutions, ensuring that their specific health and wellness needs are met with tailored products. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles and close deals while fostering long-term partnerships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate clients for Group Health Insurance products.
  • Manage and grow existing book of business, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
  • Present comprehensive proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts effectively.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance/financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of Group Health Insurance policies, regulations, and market offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
