We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join the team at CV Kopi Terbaik Nusantara. As a vital member of our retail operations, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality coffee and excellent customer service, and we are seeking individuals who share our passion for operational excellence and hospitality.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily sales, processing payments accurately, and maintaining a welcoming environment at the counter. You will also assist with inventory management and provide product recommendations to enhance the customer journey. If you have a strong attention to detail, possess basic math skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments while ensuring all receipts are generated correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout counter at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues.
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Cross-train in other retail duties such as cleaning and restocking shelves.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail sales is a plus but not strictly required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
